Head of E-Commerce Global Consumer Goods Company

Our Client is a Global Consumer Goods Company.
This role will report directly to the Senior VP in US and will manage a team of 8 people with 3 direct reports. It will lead the E-Commerce Team in Japan to grow online sales and support digital marketing initiatives across all local Divisions

• 10 years of equivalent sales and marketing experience
• 5 years of people management experience
• Experience working with E-commerce platforms and customers
• Technical E-Commerce and Digital Marketing knowledge
• Experience with P&L management
• Extremely strong presentation and communication skills
• Exceptional negotiation skills, strategic thinker
• Experience in multinational companies
• Fluency in written and spoken English & Japanese (mandatory)
