After graduating from university, I worked as a sales representative for an overseas logistics company engaged in B2B business, handling inquiries, customer support, and complaints from corporate clients.
As a sales representative of an overseas logistics company, I was in charge of customer support and complaints.

After that, I moved to the airline industry and worked as a flight attendant for two companies for 9.5 years, where I have gained an understanding of various cultures through the customers and have tried to provide service that is attuned to the feelings of each individual. Through my guests, I tried to understand diverse cultures and provide services that are attuned to each one's feelings.
