I served in the Maritime Self-Defense Force of the Ministry of Defense, mainly in aviation positions such as P-3C Patrol Captain, as well as in unit command, research and development, personnel training, and other positions.
After retiring from the military, I worked for a security and construction company in a wide range of business areas, including sales, management, and general affairs.
My strengths lie in my approach and ability to identify and correct issues from the current situation.
My approach
My motto is "pursuit of happiness for all involved" by conducting detailed interviews with executive candidates regarding their current situation and hopes, sharing them with our consultants in a timely and accurate manner, and placing importance on follow-up.
