After graduating from university, I joined Fuji Bank, Limited (now Mizuho Bank), where I was involved in a wide range of corporate sales and credit management activities, including lending and various solution proposals. I also have experience in managing a total of 10 to 30 sales and administrative staff.
While interviewing many company owners and analysing companies and managing a staff, I became acutely aware that the growth and optimum allocation of people is essential for the development of an organisation, and I have now moved into the executive search firm and am currently engaged in scouting activities using my own network.
