・This is a leadership role responsible for providing thought-leadership on all Rewards matters, with a primary focus on leading the compensation and benefits portfolio for entire company.
・The role is focused on influencing HR and business leaders on compensation decisions.
・The position will define and charter compensation strategies that are aligned with business requirements, talent strategies, market practices, and global standards.
This includes execution of operational as well as tactical, and strategic work.
・Design, development and implementation of Total Rewards strategies, programs and practices for Japan both business i.e. Commercial and Manufacturing.
